Mr. John Richards is Having over 35 years of Concept sales experience and worked across Pan India and Far East and Middle East countries, Started the career in Concept sales with Getit Yellow Pages way back in 1988. Has been awarded as the best team player, has the distinguish to train few colleagues to reach the pinnacle in their career. Now heading our Sales and Operation as General Manger since 2010.

Mr. Martin Thaddhaeu is a commerce graduate, having more than 20 years of professional experience in management, business, administration and automobile. He was the Resident Manager in a renowned senior citizen community that widened his experience in the field of hospitality. Currently, he is the Residential Manager of Bahri Realty Management Services Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Rajesh Menon, with more than two decades of experience in working with various Real Estate Developer. He is with Bahri Estates and presently looking after Admin and HR Activities at Corporate Level.
Ms. Jayalakshmi handles the stocks and purchase of Realty services very effectively and in a systematized manner. Ensures that stocks of materials are kept neat and place hygienically.
Jyoti is a seasoned and results driven professional with 18 years accomplished career. She worked as Rooms Division Manager including pre-opening of various luxury hotels.
Strong guest relations and hotel operations background, known in the hospitality industry for delivering and exceeding customer satisfaction and drive revenue by engaging her team.
Strong communicator with consultative style, strong negotiation skills, exceptional problem solving abilities and a keen client needs assessment aptitude.

Chef Vishal Gautam joins Eight Continents Hotels & resorts to strengthen our F&B strategy and develop Firangis and Eight Continents brands Globally. Chef Vishal has been very passionate about cooking since his childhood. Academically a graduate and started his career with Taj hotels as a trainee and worked his way up by working with several hotels including Grand Hyatt, Aman Resorts, Universal Resorts and RAAS hotels in India and Overseas. Chef Vishal handled the key positions within F&B i.e., Executive Chef and Corporate Roles as Head Food and Beverage. His key attributes – well seasoned in pre- openings, F&B layouts designing and setting up the efficient SOPs to achieve excellence in Food and Beverage.
Chef Vishal did 3 years apprenticeship to master his skills in cooking and enjoyed it thoroughly as he wanted to acquire as much knowledge as he could, even if he had to devote most of the time in the kitchen and restaurant floor. When he became a chef, it was the proudest moment of his life. His culinary inspiration evolves from day-to-day life, for example “A hawker selling a snack on the roadside” or “A fresh ingredient in the market”. Vishal is focused and believes in back-to-basics philosophy. He is passionate about organic and fresh ingredients. Chef Vishal has spent years to learn and understand about Ayurvedic cuisine and has successfully delivered it. He believes in “Less is More”!
Prithviraj Is A Seasoned Hotelier, Who Has Been In The Hospitality Industry For Around Seventeen Years. Prithviraj Started His Career With The Fortune Ummed, Jodhpur And Has Worked With The Ummed Palace Resort & Spa. Ranbanka Palace, Radisson Park Plaza Jodhpur And Jaisalkot Luxury Boutique Hotel Jaisalmer In His Previous Assignments. Prior To Eight Continents His Last Assignment Was With Lords Plaza Jaipur As Operations Manager Now In His New Role, Prithviraj Singh Will Be Leading The Task Of Introducing The Dynamic Eight Continents Brand To The Country And Ensure The Overall Operational Excellence.

She Holds Over 12 Years Of Diverse Experience With Expertise Of Operations And Revenue To Achieve Maximum Yield And Profitability. Bhawna Has Worked With Leading Brands Like Carlson, Lalit And Accor Group Of Hotels. Bhawna Will Be Leading The Task Of Maximising Our Profits And Yield Management Across All Hotels Within Eight Continents Portfolio.
Zeeshan Kazi has worked exponentially well in the Hotel & Tourism Industry in India, Dubai & London. He is a pleasing and confident personality with an overwhelming experience and education in the Hotel Industry. He has been managing Hotels’ online business for the past 15 years. He has secured a Master’s Degree in Ealing and Hammersmith College of West London.
Mr. Zeeshan has worked with Keys Hotels in India and Shaftesbury Hotels in London. He has worked with OTA platforms like cleartrip and Nightstay, and currently manages 20 hotel’s Online travel channels.
Sher Singh having more than 15 Years of experience in Travel & Hospitality industry in Rajasthan. Completed Hotel Management Diploma from IHM Jodhpur and started career from Hotel Ajit Bhawan. Also worked for Rajasthan Tours and effectively managed various inbound & Domestic movements on behalf of india’s leading Destination Management Companies as well as promoted travel packages based on Rajasthan. Also completed ‘ The Incredible India Tourist Facilitator Certification ‘ program from the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. Now in his new role, he will responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
